The Alachua County Council of PTA’s has created an anonymous survey to capture feedback from the
school community, including families, teachers, and students. The results will be divided by school, and
will assist PTA, school administrators and our district with insights into what might be done to assist with
the experience. Don’t worry, your responses will remain completely anonymous!
The brief survey should take around five minutes to complete. We appreciate your taking the time to
provide constructive, solution-based feedback to help our schools.
The survey closes Sunday, September 20 at 5 pm.
